Avocado Toast

This on the go healthy breakfast is packed with protein and healthy fats which will energize you till your lunch time. This can either be stored in a lunch box or wrapped with tin foil. 
It all takes just 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Avocado
  • 2 Slices of whole wheat or Finger millet bread
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Toast the 2 slices of bread in a toaster or a pan with a little bit of coconut oil
  • Fry the egg.
  • Slice the avocado into small pieces.
  • Put the avocado and sprinkle some salt and pepper on top.
  • Put the egg on top of the avocado and sandwich it.

Notes

Quick Tip: Put 1 or 2 water drops into the pan before frying the egg, instead of oil to avoid sticking.
