Egg and Spinach Wrap
This breakfast to go seems pretty bland but trust me it is delicious and enriched with protein, vitamins and iron.Once I ate this after working out thinking that Ishould eat something more with it. But i didn’t. It filled me up so good.

1 Egg
- Spinach Leaves
- Tomatoes
- Salt & Pepper
Heat a pan with a little bit of coconut oil.
Cut the spinach leaves and tomatoes into small pieces.
Put the spinach leaves and tomatoes into the egg and mix well with salt and pepper.
Put half of the mixture into the pan and fry.
Now, roll the egg with the spatula and pour the other half and fry.
Lastly, roll the second half with the first half.
