Egg and Spinach Wrap

This breakfast to go seems pretty bland but trust me it is delicious and enriched with protein, vitamins and iron.Once I ate this after working out thinking that Ishould eat something more with it. But i didn’t. It filled me up so good.

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • Spinach Leaves
  • Tomatoes
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Heat a pan with a little bit of coconut oil.
  • Cut the spinach leaves and tomatoes into small pieces.
  • Put the spinach leaves and tomatoes into the egg and mix well with salt and pepper.
  • Put half of the mixture into the pan and fry.
  • Now, roll the egg with the spatula and pour the other half and fry.
  • Lastly, roll the second half with the first half.
