Strawberry & Banana Overnight Oats

Getting up and prepare a quick and easy healthy breakfasts to go in 5 or 10 minutes is great. But what if you accidentally overslept and woke up to find nothing to eat? This is an excellent solution for those who are prone to oversleep in the morning.

Ingredients

  • Half a cup of Oats (Any kind of Oats)
  • Some milk (Almond/ Regular)
  • Chia Seeds
  • 1 Banana
  • Some Strawberries

Instructions

  • Put an adequate amount of milk to the oats and mix it well.
  • Sprinkle some Chia seeds on the mixture.
  • Let the oats soak well in the refrigerator.
  • Take the Oats out of the fridge and heat up in the microwave for 1 minute.
  • Put some Banana and strawberries on top and enjoy.

Notes

Quick Tip: Put some honey or maple syrup if you need more sweetness.
You can either have it at home or take it to go. Either way it is super simple, delicious and not to mention healthy!
