Chia and Almond pudding

Who doesn’t like to satisfy their sweet tooth? Especially when the cravings occur during the morning, you can easily grab a candy bar and run out of the door. This happens when you are too busy and not planning what you eat the next day.
Chia and Almond pudding is one of the best healthy to-go breakfast ideas.
Bonus, it’s a dessert!

Ingredients

  • 60 - 70 grams Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 ½ cups Milk
  • Almonds

Instructions

  • Put the chia seeds, milk and maple syrup into a bowl.
  • Incorporate everything well.
  • Put the mixture in a jar and let it sit in the fridge overnight
  • Take the chia pudding out of the fridge in the morning.
  • Cut up some almonds and put them on top and enjoy.

Notes

This pudding is an easy breakfast idea on the go if you make it ahead of time. Not only adults but the kids love will love it too. On top of that the chia seeds cool the whole body. Likewise, chia seeds expands a lot making you full for a longer time period.
