I know most of us are familiar with the avocado and the spicy taste but once you use honey with it, you won’t go back. This is a perfect, effortless, easy, healthy on-the-go breakfast you can try. Avocado is packed with healthy fats which is excellent as a post workout meal as well.
Ingredients
1Ripe avocado
Honey to taste
Instructions
Cut the avocado in half
Take the seed out.
Put honey in both halves.
Take a spoon and mix the honey with scraping the avocado and enjoy.

This is one of the best breakfast snacks I just love to eat. You can even share one half with your friend, or NOT! It is even better with sugar but hey healthy breakfasts remember?
