Avocado and honey cups

I know most of us are familiar with the avocado and the spicy taste but once you use honey with it, you won’t go back.
This is a perfect, effortless, easy, healthy on-the-go breakfast you can try.
Avocado is packed with healthy fats which is excellent as a post workout meal as well.

Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe avocado
  • Honey to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the avocado in half
  • Take the seed out.
  • Put honey in both halves.
  • Take a spoon and mix the honey with scraping the avocado and enjoy.

Notes

This is one of the best breakfast snacks I just love to eat. You can even share one half with your friend, or NOT!
It is even better with sugar but hey healthy breakfasts remember?
