Oats and Banana pancake

Most of us have and know about love handles. But Most of us don’t know how to get rid of love handles. The fundamental step to get rid of love handles is to reduce sugar. But it is impossible to consume less sugar when it is needed for every single recipe.

Ingredients

  • Oat Flour
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 Egg
  • Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Fruit of your choice. (Mango, Banana, Strawberry etc.)
  • Maple syrup. (Optional)

Instructions

  • Take the ripe banana and cut it into small pieces and put it into a bowl.
  • Put an egg.
  • Throw in some vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  • Add the flour to the mixture and give it a good stir.
  • Take dollops of the batter and put them into a pan to make pancakes.
  • Top the pancakes with some fresh fruit and maple syrup for extra sweetness.

Quick Tip: You can blend your regular oats ahead of time to make your own oat flour.
